GI 3.9.1 Issue

Hello Forum Friends,

Recently i have migrated my project built in 3.5.1 to 3.9.1. I am experiencing a great discomfort with the latest version. The application hangs when I open any .js file

The application responds very slowly. Is there any configurtion parameter that I can edit to speed up the application.

I am using IE8 over windows 7. I tried clearing the cache and temporary files but the issue persists.

Can you please help me in this.
