The easiest thing to do is just do it as a matrix and turn off the column headers. This will allow you to embed it into whatever block structure you want to have it contained within.

Thank you for the reply, is there any way to use check boxes in drop down element?

I think normally drop down box will send only one response and can select only one value but we can select multiple values if we use check boxes (if we keep the check boxes in drop down) so Is it valid using the check boxes in drop down?

Thanks,
Venky.

I don't know of any standard GI component functionality to do that, but honestly have not dug into it to see.

A possible choice would be to integrate a jquery component that I was assisting someone on the other day that has the exact functionality you are looking for.

Here is a link to that component and I do not know what implications it might have in using it with GI, I know it will take some javascript manipulation to make it work in the GI environment.

Hope that helps,
