Developers familiar with visual, component-based environments such as Microsoft VisualBasic and Borland JBuilder will notice some parallel constructs in General Interface Builder. Feature similarities include tools like data connection wizards, event-binding, and object modeling.
The figure shows the main interface elements of General Interface Builder. The default layout is fully customizable. Any modifications you make to the layout are saved and loaded each time you start General Interface Builder.
